Lunch Burrito

Burritos are cool because they have tons of nutrients packed into one little tortilla. Every ingredient in this is optional, (except for the tortilla of course!) so if you dislike something, then don't add it! Also, feel free to add whatever other ingredients you like... this recipe is very versatile!

1 tortilla
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup black beans
Chopped romaine lettuce
Chopped tomato
Salsa
Sour cream
Guacamole
Cheese

1. Heat up tortilla in microwave for 10-15 seconds. (This makes it easier to fold)
2. Put the cooked rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and any other ingredients in the center of the tortilla.
3. Fold up the tortilla, then wrap in foil or plastic wrap for lunch.

This recipe is vegan if the sour cream and cheese is left out.
