First day of the Back to School Countdown! Yay! The breakfast recipe for today is Breakfast Pizza. Hmm I'm not exactly what to put for the description, because it's just an English Muffin with cheese and optional vegetables... So instead of describing it, I'm just going to write down the recipe.
1 English muffin, cut in half
Shredded mozzarella cheese (experiment with other cheeses too!)
Chopped vegetables for "toppings" (optional)
1. Sprinkle cheese onto the English muffin, then put into microwave until cheese is melted. Top with vegetables, if desired. Enjoy!
