This is probably one of the most popular flavors of smoothie! I thought I'd post this because it's almost summertime, and this makes a really good lunch or snack on a hot summer day. By using tofu instead of yogurt, this can be made vegan. This makes 2-3 servings.
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or tofu
1/2 cup milk or orange juice (if you are making this vegan, then use orange juice)
1/2 cup orange juice
Sugar to taste
1. Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Taste, and add sugar if needed. Pour into glasses and serve. Enjoy!
